As a licensed real estate attorney, Scott has been actively representing real estate clients across a multitude of asset classes, including hotels, retail, storage facilities, and restaurants, to achieve unprecedented results. In this role, Scott has negotiated over a billion dollars of transactions and is extremely proud to have contributed to past successes of real estate developers such as 3H Group Hotels. Today, Scott seeks to apply his wealth of experience as a steward for each client in their respective acquisition, sale, development, franchise, and/or lease of real estate.
Valerie Winch
Co-Founder & Executive Vice President
Valerie Winch, joined the world of real estate, after moving to Florida in 2009. Born and raised in New York, she left the everyday hustle of New York City, working for the Trump Organization, to enjoy everything Florida has to offer. Valerie specializes in residential real estate, she has become an expert at listening to her clients and
applying all of her skills to help them get just what they want, whether they’re selling a home, buying a home or both.
Additionally, Valerie is passionate about working with startup businesses on locating new space and securing leases and other approvals.
